Hope you are doing well . See, primarily you'll be needing your NEET-2021 admit card and NEET-2021 result card for Counselling purposes . Application form isn't required as such .
And yes if you have the confirmation page of the application ,well and good . Carry all the above mentioned documents during the Counselling procedure and also at the time you'll be asked to physically report to your allotted college.

NEET is the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test conducted in offline mode to offer admission in MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, Nursing, etc,. courses. With NEET being the only medical entrance examination in India, it prevents the private medical colleges from conducting any entrance examination of its own. NEET also prevents private universities from admitting students who do not qualify to pursue Medical.
All the government and private medical colleges will offer admission under 15% AIQ and 85% State level quota seats. Also, NEET is the only valid exam for admission to institutes like JIPMER, AIIMS, PGIMER, etc.
The National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is the qualifying test for MBBS and BDS programme in Indian medical and dental colleges. Difficulty level of NEET can't be predicted in advance as it varies every year. NEET 2022 can be tough or easier than 2021 and previous years.
