how can i score above 140 marks in ts eamcet2018
Dear vinay,
- Read NCERT books line by line and word to word.
- Remember all the formulas… if possible list them out in a book and keep on revising
- Try to solve minimum of 40 questions of maths in an hour and 20 each of phy and chem.
- Time is the most important factor here.. do the problem which are of theory first and then move to solve problems.
- First attempt chemistry.. then maths and last physics.
- All of the questions will be direct.. nothing will be in the standard of JEE
- keep solving old eamcet question papers.. twice in a week and analyse where you have gone wrong…
- Try to improve the speed of solving problems.
- Maths will mostly consist of first year concepts so be through with first year portion…
- Final one, don't be nervous in the exam.. just before the day of exam have good and peaceful sleep.
I guess these all tips will help you in getting 140 marks in eamcet.
Hope this helped!
Thanks you:)
Just brush up your basics and try solving previous 10 years question papers .
This is just enough to score 140+ marks in eamcet
Hii..
Chemistry: read the whole ncert or ipe text book(which is advantageous for JEE too) and do some bits from any good material.
Physics: its the scariest subject ,you are advised to do some JEE advanced level problems with a good conceptual knowledge so that you can easily crack the eamcet paper. Reading synopsis is mandatory.
Maths: its all about short cut formulae and problems ,keep solving/going through various kinds of problems as much as possible . Deepthi series is a good one for problems.
Do not forget to solve previous year papers, which will make you understand what are you lacking .
Lastly, it depends on how much you recollect and apply in the exam, which reflects in your score.
Good luck..!!
Greetings.
scoring 140 marks is not too tough, practice as much as you can, be focussed, have confidence and dedication. EAMCET, engineering examination will be conducted for a total of 160 marks. 80 marks will be allotted to Mathematics, 40 for Physics and 40 for Chemistry. 160 Questions will be asked and candidates have to answers them in the duration of 3 hours. Every question carries one mark and haven't any negative marking. As the fifty percent of marks will be covered from Mathematics, hence students have to give priority to mathematics. For scoring good ranks students have to earn good marks in Physics, Chemistry and 60 marks out-of 80 in Mathematics.
Equal preference will be given to the intermediate first year and second year syllabus. Students feel stress as the time will be less in compare with the asked questions. Hence chances are more of making mistakes upon feeling stress and pressure so students have to practice more model tests. Speed of answering and exactness should be developed.
As in EAMCET examination questions were covered from academy syllabus only hence students have to practice on the basis of the syllabus of Academy books. Practicing of more grand tests will be helpful. Senior Intermediate students have to start their preparation after the conclusion of Intermediate Public examinations.
JEE mains appearing student's preparation will be helpful for EAMCET and they have to utilize the reaming time for planning preparation. For example of a students have a total of 30 days left for the preparation , the first 15 days have to allot first year syllabus next 10 days have to allot for second year syllabus and the remaining days for the practice of grand tests.
As there are no criteria for compulsorily scoring some minimum marks in any subject, hence students have to work-hard for scoring more marks in the subject in which they have good knowledge.
In EAMCET either one or two questions will be asked from each topic of every subject, hence students have to give equal preference to all topics and sections. Easy and less quantity topics should be practiced early, for example mathematical Induction, Partial Fractions, Polar Coordinates and Random Variables are the easiest topics in Mathematics, and hence students have to practice these topics early. A question will be asked from Units and Dimensions topic of Physics subject.
I hope this helps! Wish you all the best!
One thing you can do is revise all your syllabus, but that won't give you confidence. So do previous year question papers, mock test etc etc. Basically you have to do more questions to get confidence. Since you're doing more questions you can find out your weaknesses and work on them. Will get you 140 above.
Good luck
