Yes, definitely you can easily score good marks in VITEEE entrance exam with one.year if preparations.Infact 1 year is enough for preparing if you use the time effectively and efficiently in the right direction.VITEEE is not very tough like JEE but definitely not easy so you will have to out lot of hard-working.Focus on you class 11th and 12th syllabus because questions and mostly from that and work on strengthening your basis.
