Shivi, you can mail them at the helpdesk: neet@nta.ac.in (mailto:neet@nta.ac.in) . You need to mail them from your Registered Email Id. They take atleast 24-72 hours to respond. But the chances of Exam Centre being changed once exam centre has been designated are less. Because NTA has mentioned the same in its Information Bulletin and NTA also mentioned that the Centres will be allotted on the basis of first for first serve basis in the order of your preference. Nevertheless please check with them. They might respond in your favour or might not but will reply to the mail.
