HOW CAN I SUBMIT MY ORIGINAL CASTE CERTIFICATE ON THE HSEE WEBSITE IF NO SPACE IS PROVIDED FOR ANY SUCH UPLOADING TO BE DONE???..... PLEASE HELP.
