How can I surrender seat allotted in second extended round in kcet?

According to KCET's notification, candidate who surrenders allotted seat in Second Extended Round, the entire amount paid by the candidates will be forfeited as per rules.

i got college through comedk and i have joined it but now i got the same college from kcet but i cant exercise both.
the college management said they cant do anything and advised me to go to kea office Bangalore. i am going there tomorrow. if u have the same problem please visit bang tomorrow right away.
