This is to inform you that in order to get admission in SSM college of engineering, Tamil Nadu, you need to get a valid score in TNEA exam which is conducted by Anna University. Regarding your query, it is clearly mentioned in the guidelines processed by Anna University that one should belong to Tamil Nadu and has a 10+2 certificate from the state of Tamil Nadu. So you can't get admission in B.tech without having a domicile certificate of Tamil Nadu.
