You have not mentioned the course that you want to take admission in, so i believe your question is about engineering course Btech.
To get admission in IIT kharagpur, in Btech courses you need to appear in JEE Exam.
Lets first talk about the eligibility-
Eligibility- The candidate must have qualified class 12th exam with a minimum of 75% marks with subjects physics, chemistry and mathametics.
Admission Process - Appear in JEE Mains exam, Qualify it with top ranks and top marks so that you become eligible to appear for JEE Advance. After this you need to appear in JEE Advance and qualify it with required cutoff so that you get the desired branch in IIT Kharagpur.

You can check the previous year cutoff to get idea of how much score you need to score.
