Hello
There are several Universities and Colleges that offer Aeronautical or Aerospace engineering courses. Amongst them the most famous ones are the IITs, SRM, and PEC University of Technology. For the government colleges you have to give the JEE Mains Examination and obtain a reasonably good rank. For entry into IITs, the JEE Advance examination has to be given and the rank in that should be less than 3000 to get Aerospace in an IIT. For the private Universities, however, the admission criteria varies depending on the institution.
This is for obtaining B.Tech. in Aerospace. However, you can also do an undergraduate course in related fileds such as Mechanical or Computer Science and then pursue a masters in Aeronautical. Although the field of specialization will be restricted by your undergrad field.
