TS EAMCET and Mains counselling are totally independent of each other.
You have to register for TS EAMCET counseling is generally conducted in last week of May or most probably by the second week of June and then you can exercise your options.
Whereas the mains counselling also starts in June 2019 and register.
There is no harm in attending both the counseling and you can even leave the seat alloted in the EAMCET counselling if you get a seat in the other colleges or any other colleges.
