NCERT it is the key to crack any entrance. You should check the previous year question patterns and analyse and compare it with the NCERT book. Don't waste your 5 months deciding about books. Stick to my suggestion and NCERT.
- The tools that you really need for the preparation are:
- Determination
- Dedication
- Discipline
- Desire
- Smart and quality study matters not the quantity of resources.
- Value the importance of time and embrace it.
- Let's discuss subjewise preparation
- Physics:
- Your physics concepts should be crystal clear.H.C Vermatheory provides you with good concepts.D.C PANDEYdoes the rest of the MCQ job. If you have Allen/Aakash study material,revuse the question as many times you can.
- Chemistry:
- In organic you should master GOC and the named reactions.Just read NCERT for inorganic and for physical you can do Narendra Avasthi problems in physical chemistry(JEE).

- Biology:
- And here comes everyone's favorite-Biology. NCERT is a must. With that if you have books from ALLEN or AAKASH, go for it for additional concepts. Or else Trueman's is the best.
