NCHM JEE is the national level entrance exam for the admission which is conducted by National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology for the admission to the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Hotel Administration programmes across a total of 58 institutes including central institutes of hotel management, state government institutes of hotel management, private institutes of hotel management and public sector undertaking.
As per the eligibility, You must have passed in 10+2 of Senior Secondary Exam (SSE) or any other equivalent exam and you must have English as a compulsory subject in 10+2 to apply for the exam.
To apply for NCHMCT JEE the Upper age limit is 25 years as on 01.07.2020 for General & OBC category and 28 years for SC/ ST category.

let me clear your doubt.
To do hotel management you have to pass class 12 with atleast 50 percent in english.
and to take adimisson in hotel management courses you have to pass exam like GGSIPU,NCHMCT.and admission is taken onthe basis all india rank .most of the school also conduct interviews to select the student.
