Hi Shilpa devi, regarding your query on neurosurgery branch.....First of all its not by MD or MS its MCH branch after Doing MS general surgery for 3 years........To go in detail MBBS is 5 and 1/2 years then entrance for ms general surgery.....then MS general surgery for 3 years and then one more entrance then study 3 yrs more for MCh neurosurgery......Some colleges offer 6 yrs course after MBBS to do mch neurosurgery....Hopefully it helps....
