Determine the attendance rate on a weekly basis. The weekly attendance percentage is calculated as follows: (Number of Members Present or Made Up) divided by (Number of Members Used in Calculating Attendance) multiplied by 100. Calculate the monthly percentage by averaging the weekly percentages at the end of the month.
