how can we know the last rank in private medical college following neet PG in different states ,also which all states permit non domicile students for pvt.seats

Hello,
Last rank will be known during counselling time only. in every round cutoff rank changes to fill the seats. Prior to every round cutoff for different streams is released by different college. Non-domicile candidates can get an admission through open category and rank for them will be low. Fee structure is same for all students in a college and respective stream.
