Dear Aspirant,
To manage your studies and your other activities you first have to make a good sleeping pattern. If your sleep pattern is irregular, then you cannot make a balanced life.
Fix the sleep for 7 hours if your in graduation level, and 8 hours if you are in school level. Sleep at 10PM or at max 11PM. Then take the prescribed sleep. Follow this religiously. You will see a sudden change in your energy levels.
The next step is making a time table for your day. Analyze your day, make a timetable and allot the time accordingly to different topics and different activities. Like fix 1-2 hours for your mobile use. You can install some apps for the same.
Follow your time table for a month and that will be all. From then on you don't need to do things, they will start happening on their own, your sleep, your time management all of it falls in its right place.

A day has 24 hours so if we utilise it properly with proper strategy you can manage your atudied as well as other activities.
Make a proper timetable which contain your stidies and other important activities. Try to avoid the activities which is not necessary. Such that dont waste too much time in social media.
