You can follow below points to prepare for your boards and JEE exam-

1- Include the entire JEE Main + Boards syllabus while making the plan. It'll help you to see the entire syllabus at one place, and organize them into manageable pieces.

2- While Board Exams focus on theory, JEE Main is more about practice and application of concepts.  For Board Exams, you need to be well-versed with the theory part given in the NCERT books. For JEE Main, you need to learn applications of theory in understanding concepts and solving numericals.

So don't skip out on any theory portion while preparing for Board Exam you will be tested heavily on theory. This will help you make a strong base for JEE preparations and half your work for JEE Main will be done.

3- Before appearing for the exam you should analyze the exam pattern and difficulty level for the exam.

4- There are some important  topics in the JEE+Boards syllabus that require students to learn  by rote, like trigonometric identities and  inorganic chemistry- this is where regular revision will help you.  In Board Exams, you are required to write theoretical answers. Regular revision is the key to scoring high  marks in Board Exams.

5-  This is a major part of JEE and Boards preparation that students miss out. Previous year question papers of JEE Main and Board Exams are a crucial step in your preparations- work hard for this. Practicing previous year test papers will help you to clear concepts, increase your confidence and help you get a read of the exam.  Analyze your results , know your strengths and weaknesses , and enhance your study method to gain more marks. Arrange for previous year question papers for both JEE and Boards, atleast 10-15 previous year papers.

NCERT  books are good to make your concept strong but i would suggest you that please refer few some reference books also for MCQs practice.

Solve previous years JEE question paper to understand question pattern in JEE  exam, also join few mock test series to practice more and more questions.

Good Luck.
