- First of all remember that NCERTs are the most important.
- Study each topic thoroughly.
- Try to grasp concepts rather than just cramming.
- Prepare a schedule for study.
NCERTs are enough for NEET. About 80 to 85 questions are directly from NCERTs.
Physics
Studying only NCERTs may not suffice as it is particularly difficult to build concepts from NCERTs only. You can try some other books also. In my case, I studied from HC Verma but it is much more than what you require for NEET. Use it for reference only.
Chemistry
NCERTs are enough for physical and inorganic chemistry but for organic chemistry, try some other books also. I studied from OP Tandon but again it should be used only for reference.

Try to solve questions. If you can solve them, everything is fine.

Regular study is very important.

Work smart not hard.

Take short breaks. To get relaxed, do meditation etc.
