First of all that's a really very good initiative, sanskrit is a historical language and I am sure many wants to learn it. Well, ofcourse you will have to start from the basic.

First of all that's a really very good initiative, sanskrit is a historical language and I am sure many wants to learn it. Well, ofcourse you will have to start from the basic.
- Target audience, first gather the audience you think will be suitable for your channel for example:- students both College going and school going will make good audience.
- keep your first video as informative as you can, keep it's duration short.
- Gather as much views you can on your first YouTube video
- ask you friends and family members to recommend your channel to as many people they can.
- if your content will be genuinely good, you will surely get success. Also note that don't get disheartened, this will take time to bloom into a big channel.
