To work as a doctor in New Zealand after MBBS from india, you will have to complete registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand. The registration examination is NZREX Clinical is an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). This exam is conducted in order to assess an international medical graduate’s core competencies. If you sit and pass this examination you will be able to apply for registration in a provisional general scope. According to the MCNZ's official website, these are the things to keep in mind:
Eligibility-
1. A degree from a recognized med school
2. Qualify the MCNZ's english language requirements
3. You have passed one of the following examinations within 5 years of the NZREX Clinical date you are applying for:

There are licentiate exams by the Australian Medical Council or others like USMLE which are accepted in New Zealand. These have to be cleared first before practicing or doing residency over there. MLE occurs in 3 STEPS. And it always helps to have research done during UG and have clinical electives for improving your chances of you are a foreign medical graduate.
