You can make a career in HR by either pursuing MBA from a reputed university and major in Human Resource Development. After the course of two years , you can land up with a placement in the HR Department. If you don't want to pursue MBA , you can also do few certifications and courses on HR , do internships and live projects and look for openings in various companies after your undergraduate.
