How composite score is calculated and what is the composite score and percentile if I score 120 raw marks out of 160 in MAT?
Hello Aspirant
MAT is a recognised exam by our government for MBA/PGDM admissions.
It conducted by all India management association (AIMA)
If we talk about structure of exam, there are total 160 questions including 40 GK questions which aren't counted in your percentile or composite score as per aima instructions.
Also the overall composite score lies between 200 to 800.
AIMA never release the exact score of candidates and also they won't share the procedure of calculating composite score.
But if we analyse the previous students data of MAT and their reviews about exams, it can be told that if a person attempt 100-105 questions correctly out of 120 questions then he'll definitely score 99+ percentile and composite score of somewhat 770-780.
During attempting the exams, try to solve every section other than GK and if you left with time, you can attempt GK to because it won't affect your score.
