Hello
If you have just started learning English best way to understand English language better would be as follows;
- Read English language newspaper daily.
- Start learning the basics first that the grammar .
- Then incorporate this English into your daily conversation.
- Fourth download some apps like Duolingo or easy English something that can help you in pronunciation and meaning.
- Learn and write short passages daily.
For geography you need to learn things like cities, countries etc something related to world and structure.
So learn it by heart by understanding or rote learning.
Don't try to be perfect.
Schedule time into your day for structured study.
Change your phone settings in English and start writing your day in your diary with only English .
Take baby steps and you will eventually learn to walk.
Listen and repeat is the best way after all.

You haven't mentioned the class in which your are in. Nevertheless, regardless of which class you are in the key to score good marks in geography is to just complete your NCERT textbook. Use highlighter to mark important points while reading and solve the questions given the last page of each chapter.
In English, complete literature and learn everything by heart of every chapter and for grammar all you can do is solve many questions.
