How did I verify otp after successful payment of gate 2019?

Yes because email verification has been delayed due to heavy load on servers. Many students havent received OTP but have already paid fees. You will definitely get OTp within 2days.
You also need to share your conceen with IIT Madras officials and you will get reply fron them soon.
