Don't be too tense. Jee main and advanced are although a little difficult exam. But make sure that you spend minimum six hours a day for self study with dedication. Practice previous year question and give mock test.
Whenever you will disappointed, either just listen to your favourite song or have a outdoor game , your mind will get relexed.
If you don't know any answer in the test , then try to give two more minutes on that question and just solve what you are thinking about it. Or simply move to next question without losing hope.
If you don't manage to get into IIT or NIT then also many college are accepting jee main rank. These are:-

- Igdtu for girls

- It is important to believe in your hardwork and keep on doing consistent efforts each day. Your every minute of hardwork is adding to achieve your goal.
- In order to prepare for JEE Mains what you need to do be aware of the basic syllabus because without knowing the concept , mastering it is not easy. Then , you should know as to how is the examination pattern , also do not underestimate NCERT , it is the base for maximum complex topics, skipping it will not be beneficial, for maths prepare from RD Sharma, for physics HC Verma .For chemistry you may refer to NCERT, RC Mukherjee, op Tandon, p bahadur.
Do not forget to solve maximum previous year question papers, in order to boost your confidence give mock tests in the beginning you might face problems but then you will feel confident enough on the exam day.
- Even if you don't know how to answer a question do not panic , solve those questions which you are sure of at first and then try solving the once you find difficult. Remember that if you panic you will miss out important concept and make silly mistakes. Just trust your self and work hard .
- Once you clear JEE mains and meet the cutoff required for JEE advanced, start preparing for it by solving previous year's JEE advanced question papers, mock tests. Try to study keeping in mind time management. Boost your strong subjects and eventually pay extra attention on weak subjects but this should not distract you from your strong subjects, make a good timetable.
- Also, if you go to coaching, study the material provided by your coaching properly.
- Stay away from distractions.
- Stay away from all sorts of negativity ,just stay positive.
Also do not panic if you do not get in IIT or NIT , IIIT's , DTU , Vellore institute, BITS , NSIT are top institutes where you will definitely get admission.
Just be positive, calm and do not panic. Your efforts do not ever go in vain one should keep in mind the best of thoughts and work consistently till you achieve your target. Do not worry and do not compromise sleep but a healthy mind gives rise to healthy life and you will definitely pass with flying colours.
