I assume you are asking about OJEE mba. the latest date of Ojee MBA form filling is as follows

Last date of application- 12 july, 2021.

Last date of fee payment- 14 July 2021.

however In official brochure there is no date mentioned for correction window. its also mentioned   that  after submission of an application, options cannot be changed at a later stage. however you may contact with the official authority at below address to get advise on how to correct dob.
