How do I ensure that someone is perfectly eligible for the NEET?bcz in my case I passed 11 and after a gap year I do 12 privately!
When a student satisfies all the conditions imposed by the examination authority to be eligible for that exam then he/she will be perfectly eligible to write that exam and on qualifying the exam and with appropriate marks they will get admission. You are eligible for NEET, no need to worry about it. If the board from which you have completed 12 is recognized by the Government then obviously you are eligible for NEET.
Qualifying exam eligibility:
-
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
Qualifying marks:
- The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2021 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40% PWD - 45%
The age criteria:
Minimum age requirement: Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2021.
There is no maximum age limit till now for NEET. Also there are no restrictions in the number of attempts.
Indian Nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs & Foreign Nationals aspirants are eligible to apply.
So if these conditions are satisfied a student will be eligible to sit for the exam.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!
