If you go for the studies in abroad, there are some scholarships from the universities itself. You have to apply for that, there are no such central scholarship schemes but mostly they are institute scholarship schemes.
Now the scholarship schemes usually reduce the amount of course fee but there are no such money hand over to the students in general.
So for the details you need to visit the university website and you can get the information regarding the scholarship and admission details from the admission/student council options.
