Candidates seeking entry to the different programmes offered by the Athena School of Management, Mumbai must fill in and submit an online application on the College's website.

Once the application form has been submitted, the forms will be screened by the Athena Admissions Committee and the candidates whose applications are approved and will be contacted as part of the further acceptance process and the shortlisted candidates will be part of the further screening process.

The shortlisted candidates are called for a written examination and the candidates must agree to engage in a group conversation and/or interview.

Applicants must apply for all rounds-Written Testing, Group Debate and/or Interview and those applicants who qualify are shortlisted.

Athena has a Profile Based Admissions process which considers a composite of Entrance Exam Scores, Academics, Extra Curricular Activities, Work Experience (if any - not compulsory), Achievements (Sports, Social/Community Service, Debating etc.), Membership of Youth Organizations ( NCC/Rotaract/AIESEC/Youth Exchange/Toastmasters etc) & most importantly - your Personal Interview.

Entrance Exams - NMAT by GMAC (Preferred), GMAT (Preferred), CAT, ASAT (Athena Scholastic Ability Test)

Academics - Graduate in any field or Final Year of Graduation

Work Experience - 50% of Batch is fresher (0 - 1 years of Workex) & 50% of Batch has experience (1 - 5 Years)

Extra Curriculars - In School and/or College

Achievements - National/State/University Level in Sports/Debating/Dramatics/Acting/Model UN etc.

Service Organisations - NCC/ Rotaract/ AIESEC / Youth Exchange etc.

Personal Interview - Your Soft Skills/Personality/Goals/Communication etc.
