Hi Gauranshi,
Candidates can apply for CET by following the mentioned steps below :
- Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the GLC, Mumbai.
- Application form fees for CET is INR 800 (INR 400 for reserved categories).
- Admission form is also available on the college campus.
- The duly filled application form should be submitted to the college within the prescribed time.
Following documents are required to be attached with the application form:

- The original statement of marks with an attested copy.
- Original Caste Certificate by students intending to avail benefits of reservation.
- Passing certificate and certified copy of the document indicating the date of birth, for example, school leaving certificate.

- In the case of a student migrating from another University, a Provincial Eligibility Certificate issued by Mumbai University will be required.
- Application for the certificate is to be made to the Registrar of Mumbai University in the prescribed form along with the fees.
- In the case of a student passing out from a college affiliated to the Mumbai University, a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from that college will be required. The application for the T.C. should be sent to college in the prescribed form.
- Foreign students seeking admission should produce their passport and student visa at the time of admission. Those holding a tourist visa or entry visa will not be considered.
Note: Candidates from outside Maharashtra with a degree from universities located in states other than Maharashtra belonging to any category will be considered as an open category.
Assuming that you're talking about the 3 years course here, I've read somewhere that being within 30–40 in the OMS ranking scheme might lead you to GLC.
All the best!
