How do I get into iit Bombay ?

Admission in IITs is on the basis of your rank in JEE advanced examination for undergraduate engineering courses. So, to get into IIT Bombay you need to appear in jee advanced.
In order to appear for jee advanced you need to be eligible for it.
For your reference
jee advanced eligibility criteria is given below :-
-) you need to pass your class 12th with at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination. For this year i. e 2021 this percentage requirement in class 12th has been lifted off.
-) You can give JEE advanced examination for the maximum of consecutive 2 years starting from the year of appearing for your 12th examination i. e to be eligible for JEE advanced 2021 your 12th board examination appearing year should be either 2021 or 2020 .
-) There is upper age limit, according to which to be eligible for jee advanced 2021,you should be born on or after 1st October 1996
-) you must qualify JEE mains to be eligible for jee advanced
On the analysing previous year cutoff of JEE Mains, JEE mains 2021 expected qualifying CUT OFF percentile to be eligible for jee advanced is given below for different categories to be eligible for jee advanced:

After qualifying jee main, you need to appear for jee advanced and If you manage to qualify JEE advanced then you can get admission in IIT on the basis of rank obtained by you in jee advanced examination by participating in jossa counselling

If I tell you about rank required for IIT Bombay then,
In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , for general category closing rank for gender neutral was 5872 in jee advanced for Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and it was for Environmental Science and Engineering (5 Years, Bachelor and Master of Technology (Dual Degree))
