For all india quota you need to register yourself for neet counselling, once the results are out. The seats available for all india quota is 15 % of the total all india seats.
In case of Punjab , you need to register for counselling in punjab's counseling for medical Colleges. Apart from this it is very essential to show your state of domicile, in case of state counseling
Please remember in case of counselling you need to fill separate forms and the neet form is not equivalent to the counselling form. At the centre of counselling they would ask you for your neet marks certificate, your neet admit card, domicile, class 10 and 12marksheets.
