Work on your weak points.
Give subject wise tests and know your weakness.
Revise must to topics .
Revise formulas as many time as you can.
Revise named reactions of physics.
Read biology NCERT one time and two time and one more time.
Practise previous year questions.
Study for atleast 6-7hours per day with focus and concentration .
Stay consistent.

After all this Spend some time with your family and/or go for a walk for 15/20mins.
