Actually, the eligibility criteria is to either have 75% in 12th board or be in top 20 percentile of your respective board. Satisfying either of these criteria would do.
Since you already have 75% you are eligible for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. Still I have attached the file for the top 20 percentile of different boards in the link below:
