Hey

Your question regarding the preparation for entrance exam..i want to tell you The entrance is NOT TOUGH, it is COMPETITIVE. This is something many students often confuse themselves with. The questions are not tough to answer and most of them are pretty direct. Only few tricky/tough questions are there. Usually the design of an entrance exam is more than 50% of questions are of average difficulty which most students can get right. Rougly 10–30% of questions are tough or tricky. This is done so that the final gems of the aspirant batch can get them right and increase their scores and chances of being selected.
SO IN ESSENCE, getting the average difficulty questions right gets you into the merit list (as average and below average students cannot get these right), and getting the tough questions right gets you a good rank in the final merit list
