5 months are actually sufficient.
get yourself a schedule. i cant suggest it because, we need our own schedule for our own comfort and ability.
get yourself few good reference books like All in one, Comprehensive. read on basis of topic and not chapter. move stronger to next topic than faster.
use one good book than more different best books. so you will have the order of preparation.
practice a lot of PYQ and sample papers. they alone can give you confidence in the few final weeks. also this will help you know yourself your weakness.
build up confidence than fear.

As the time limit is only 5 months, so you have to be very serious in your preparation. You have to work very hard. The first step is that, you must know the complete syllabus of Physics and Chemistry for NEET. After that, start clearing your basic concepts. Start form NCERT book for both of the subjects. Solve examples and exercise questions.
Once you complete the NCERT, then move to some good books for preparation. Some top books are listed below.

The next step is that, alongwith these books, solve as much mock-tests as you can. Solve previous year NEET papers. This will be very helpful in your exam. You have to be very stragetic during this period. Study daily for approx. 9-10 hours.
