The Fee of CSAB 2020 will be refunded in that account whose details had already been provided during the registration process by the candidate. But, you need to remember that after CSAB special round 2, candidates who fail to join or report to the allotted institute, will not get any refund. Except for this scenario, all the other candidates who didn't get any seat or choose to withdraw from the counselling process will get refund with a deduction of some amount paid.
