Hello Uday!

Nope you don't. You need to score the minimum marks in order to be eligible for admission. Any score less than the cut-off is not considered at all.

but what about the second list and stuff ? ive heard that you get put on a waiting list and get in through the second or the third list if your score is near the cutoff
