Hello,

To start your JEE Mains preparation effectively, follow this concise timetable:

Morning (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM):

  • Subject 1 (Physics/Chemistry): Focus on concepts and problem-solving. Begin with topics you're less familiar with.
  • Review notes: Revise key formulas, concepts, and equations.

Mid-Morning (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM):

  • Subject 2 (Mathematics): Practice problems from various chapters. Focus on areas like Algebra, Calculus, and Coordinate Geometry.

Afternoon (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM):

  • Subject 1 (Physics/Chemistry): Alternate between theory and problem-solving. Take short breaks for better focus.

Evening (4:30 PM - 6:30 PM):

  • Mock Test/Practice Papers: Take at least one timed test per week.

Night (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM):

  • Review and Weak Areas: Revise mistakes from practice tests and focus on weaker sections.

Take weekly breaks and revise regularly for optimal retention.

hello,

To start JEE Main preparation, allocate 6–8 hours daily. Focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Maths equally. Study in blocks of 2 hours with breaks. Morning: Revise concepts and solve NCERT questions. Afternoon: Practice numericals and past papers. Evening: Attempt mock tests or solve advanced problems. Dedicate Sundays to full-length mock tests and analysis. Ensure 7 hours of sleep and daily exercise. Adjust based on your school/college timings.
