On every SMS or e-mail notifications, there is an option available to unsubscribe. Try doing that.
Whenever you are receiving an e-mail, you will get an option below, to unsubscribe directed to a link. Click on that to confirm your choice and then you will be unsubscribed.
However keeping a track of what's happening around is always good, even when we need it or not at that particular moment.

Unsubscribe link in emails does not work or unsubscribe some irrelevant emails like xyz@career360.org. Looks like a coding bug from your side :). SMS messages don’t have any such option to unsubscribe.
Report and block the number and email ..that does the trick
yes i do know that, but their mail does not contain that option, i have checked 100 times
