If this is regarding DU Application form for UG admissions, according to the FAQs section available at: https://ug.du.ac.in/index.php/site/faq , Question no# 17 says that those who are awaiting their results can choose "Awaited" in the drop down menu of "Result Status" on "Academic Details" section while entering the information, Then you needn't upload the 12th marks sheet or passing certificate. But the admission is again subjective to the fulfillment of the minimum eligibility criteria or cut off list of the course and college that you are interested in. So select "Awaited" in the drop down menu of "Result Status" on "Academic Details" section while entering the information.
