- As the JoSAA counselling begins, firstly the candidates have to register themselves on the official website.
- After this, candidates will have to go for the choice filling process where they will have to fill in their choice of colleges and courses according to their preference.
- After this two mock seat allocations will be conducted in order to help candidates know their chances of getting a seat into the participating institutes.
- Seven rounds of seat allotment are conducted. The seat alloted basis of ranks (both CRL and category), home state, preferences and availability.
- Once the seat is allotted to the candidates they can download the provisional allotment letter and an e-challan as an assurance of seat acceptance via online mode.
