How do we get the offline admission form

Hi, here's the online and offline application procedure.

Online Procedure:

• first visit the official site of Manipal University, Jaipur and then click on 'Apply online'
• then fill the application form for the courses you wish to take admission in
• you will have to pay the application fees of INR 800 by online mode through credit card/debit card/net banking/Demand Draft

Offline Procedure:

• download the application form from the official website and fill the same
• attach the photocopies of relevant mark sheets and documents
• attach the Demand Draft of INR 800 in favor of “Manipal University Jaipur” payable at Jaipur
• You have to send the duly filled application form through Registered Post to the following address: Director, Admissions

The documents that will be required at the time of admission:

• 10th standard mark sheet for proof of date of birth
• Mark sheet and Passing Certificate of HSC.
• Conduct and Character certificate.
• Transfer Certificate.
• Recent and identical passport size photographs and one stamp size photograph. (4 nos.)
• Migration Certificate.
• Diploma mark sheet and diploma certificate from the board/university (for Lateral entry applicants only).
