To become sanitary health inspector,
you must pass 10+2 in physics, chemistry and biology as a compulsory subjects with an aggregate of 50 per cent marks. Entrance examinations varies from institute to institute.
Aspirants can earn a bachelor's degree in occupational health, natural science or environmental sciences. The duration of the course is two to four years.
There are several options a candidate has post-bachelor to lead his or her career path. We have mentioned below both the two options that a candidate can consider.
Option 1: After completion of a bachelor’s degree, the candidate can start working with an entry-level role. It will provide him or her with experience and industry insights. After a few years, he or she can further resume study and opt for a master’s degree. A master’s degree is considered more valuable for senior roles.
Option 2: After completion of the bachelor level programme, the candidate can further continue his or her studies without any gap in the academic year. After completion of master’s degree, he or she can start working in the industry.
