how does a state prepare it's merit list? will there be an application for registration on the official website? how do we apply?

merit list is prepared on the basis of the marks you score. moreover it differs from institution to institution and for any application or registration you have to visit the official website of the institution where you would like to apply and beware of scam and remember to apply only on the official website of the institution which would be very simple ending with the "institution's name " (//name.com/) .com or .in or (//or.co) .co.in
