Hey Saurabh.

To join armed forces as officer, there are several modes of entry like , NDA, CDS, AFCAT, TGC, TES, NCC. For which everything includes the service selection board exam ( so called SSB). So entries need a written exam qualification to attend SSB and some entries offer direct SSB.

But direct isn't direct actually. You have to meet certain criteria which you don't need in entries through exam.

Direct entries are like, NCC,TES,TGC. These don't require an examination qualification. But

for TES - You need 85+ cutoff in class 12.

TGC - You need 8+ CGPA in graduation.

NCC - You need B grade in C certificate and also Good percentage in graduation.

So after this, wait for the application release, fill the form, clear you entry eligibility, Get SSB call letter, get screened in, get conference in, clear medicals, clear form filling procedures, Join academy for training.

This is the procedure. If you have any doubts in SSB you can ask in comments. I hope I answered You.

ALL the BEST.
