Hello!
There is nothing as such eligibility tool after cutoffs.
Eligibility has to be fulfilled during the application form submission. When cutoff comes, there is just an admission procedure requirement which demands all the documents which are as follows:-

Transfer certificate

Provisional certificate of class 12

Mark sheet of class 12

Certificate of class 10
-
Self-attested passport size photos
-
Photocopy of application form filled by you which shows your registration ID.

Photocopy of college application form along with the course which comes after cutoff.
-
Minority certificate of SC/ ST/ OBC etc.

Then How to know in which college I am getting admission as different college have diff. Cut off procedure and deduction process so how to check which college I am getting??

You have to choose the colleges based on the courses you have opted for when DU cut-off comes.
Mam I have best 4 87.5 after deduction to arts.so in which cut off list can i get dcac fro journalism .I m also obc category
Hey, it's tough to get DCAC for journalism with this marks. Sorry but it's less to get an admission out there. Cutoff for journalism in DCAC usually goes around 90%.

Being obc increases my chance for dcac
Even for obc, cutoff goes around 90%. Rest depends on the cutoff 2019.
