How good is Crimea Fedral University for MBBS? Is it good choice?

It is one of few medical universities in Russia which have MBBS course in English language for the complete duration.

More than 15 Indian Batches who studied in the English medium have already graduated from Crimea Federal university.

Even if we look at the FMGE/MCI exam passing rate, graduates from Crimea Federal university has always been performing good. In 2019, the FMGE passing percentage was 40.19 %.

In 2016, the ECFMG (the medical regulatory of the USA) started the processing of application of degree holders from Crimea region including Crimea Federal university.

But there was no relief from other organisations such as the European Council of Medical Orders.

Even after 6 years being a part of Russian Federation, Crimea Federal university (CFU) is listed under Ukraine in the World Director of Medical Schools.

Many students who take admission in Crimea Federal university and wish to pursue their post graduate in UK or Germany, are not even aware of the fact that their degree will not be valid in these countries after MBBS from this university.

Students are kept in dark behind all the shining advantages of Crimea Federal university.

Yes, there is no recognition problem in India, so if your goal is to settle in India and you have a low budget, then you can think of this university.
