HELLO SYED TAIYAB ASHRAF

I will rather recommend to pursue law from any National Law University (preferably from the top 5). In case one cannot make through the top 5, there are private universities which are equally good in terms of quality of education and exposure and placement opportunities like Jindal Global Law School, Symbiosis Law School, UPES Dehradun, Christ University, KIIT University.

Lloyd being affiliated under Chaudhary Charan Singh University is not upto the mark as a college. The quality of education is inferior, classes are not conducted properly, In short a total waste of time, energy and money. Moreover, it is temendously politically influenced college with no merit based appreciation.

1. They do not treat their faculty members properly. Last year, we had great teachers from NLUs teaching us. But the college did not give them any raise in salary and were paying them less than UGC norms. Those teachers left us mid semester because their concerns like 5 day week and salary werent respected.

2. The faculty timings were changed from 9.15 to 5 earlier to 8.30 to 5.30. And which good faculty member would want to be treated in this manner? Not only that, faculty members had to come even on Sunday to teach us! So it was terrible for both teachers and students.

3. Lloyd makes faculty members do clerical work to save money on hiring clerks. But this means no self respecting quality faculty will stay there for a long term.

4. The President and Director of the college don't respect their teachers. They impose non-academic work on them without consent. The Director has had a horrible impact on the college.

5. There is no research paper writing. No mooting activity. Hardly any strictness relating to attendance. Gurjar students do gundagardi in class.

HOPE IT HELPS

ALL THE BEST
