there is no such thing as other states quota in SLIET to get admission in BE. You can take admission by applying through CSAB portal. It has good branches such as Computer Science and Engineering , Food Engineering and Technology( One of best Dept. yet underrated). worst Branches would be chemical engineering, Instrumentation & control as per placement activities. It has an amazing campus with all basic amenities available inside the campus.

Based on your percentile, your expected rank would be in the range of 60,000 to 70,000. It is really difficult to predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors. But going by previous years' cutoff, the chances are average to get SLIET, Punjab.
